Yes, glasses and frames can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
4. Can I return contact lenses?
Contact lenses can be returned only if the box is unopened, unused, and sealed.
Open boxes or used lenses cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Are prescription lenses refundable?
No. Prescription lenses are custom-made, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace them.
6. How do I send my prescription?
You can upload your prescription at checkout or send it via email/WhatsApp after placing the order.
Please ensure the prescription is valid and updated.
7. What if I don’t know my Pupillary Distance (PD)?
If your PD is not on your prescription:
- You can measure it using a PD measuring app,
- Visit any optical store to get it measured, or

We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Custom/prescription orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
11. Do you offer warranty on frames and glasses?
Yes, all frames come with a standard manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.
