Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Prescription lenses and custom orders may require extra processing time (2–5 days).

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express delivery (if selected) takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Prescription lenses and contact lenses may ship only after prescription verification if required.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas as per courier guidelines.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

For Glasses & Frames

  • Can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories.

For Contact Lenses

  • Returns are accepted only if the box is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
  • Opened boxes, used lenses, or damaged packaging cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

For Prescription Lenses

  • Prescription lenses are non-returnable as they are custom-made.
  • However, if there is an issue due to manufacturing defect, we will replace the lenses at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened contact lenses
  • Custom/prescription lenses
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong frame size
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • For prescription lens orders, cancellation is not allowed after processing begins.
